GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is responsible for all aspects of the engineering activities. Ensuring projects, initiatives processes and deliverables are in conformance with engineering's established procedures and objectives. We are looking for an experienced Country Manager/Sales Engineer to drive revenue in the responsible countries and be dedicated to driving long-term success. The idea candidate is an experienced and talented manager with a strong network in responsible area, and has the excellent ability to lead, communicate, motivate and gain the respect and admiration of clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent manufacturers to promote Vericom brand and products

Expand local channels and conduct marketing activities to create brand awareness and attract more clients

Support and serve local partners to operate projects successfully

Meet and exceed ambitious sales revenue goals in responsible area

Explore and develop new customers and partners across all key channels

Develop and maintain a solid understanding of available market and business opportunities and make recommendation to increase market share

SKILLS REQUIRED

3-5 years relevant product and functional experience

Outstanding leadership, organization and communication skills

Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer
